Programs at Camp HRSJ
Our TK-5th programs specialize in theme-based activities with a particular focus on providing educational opportunities for the children to enjoy new activities and experience age-appropriate independence. Campers will participate in specialized arts and crafts projects, STEAM experiences, literature development, games, stories, drama, play, outdoor water play, sports, themed activities, surprises, and so much more! Each week will have a special event on Friday.
So, whether children are coming to us for one week or multiple weeks - each day and every week is different and enjoyable! Campers who stay with us for a full day will bring a packed lunch and eat in the covered lunch area. Only children stay for both camps may bring lunch.

Registration opens on March 25, 2022. Classes are limited to the first 22-25 students per group.

Weekly Themes
Week 1:
Around the World
Join us as we encounter world cultures and learn to cook food and make crafts from around the globe! Each day will be themed to a different continent, so come explore different cultures with us.
Grades: TK - 5

Week 2:
Art Explosion
Embrace your creative sides during this session dedicated to the arts: visual and musical! We’ll finish our week with water play on Friday! Join us for a week packed full of discovery, fun, creativity, and friendship!

Week 3:
Blast to the Past
Campers are invited to join us for a week of excitement as we learn about history! We bring the history to live with a variety of cross-curricular projects. Each day will be themed to a different decade, and students are encouraged to dress like their decade of choice!

Week 4:
Carnival - The Greatest Show
Welcome to the Greatest Show at HRSJ! Students will enjoy a fun-filled week inspired by the circus and carnival fun. Friday we will create a special STEAM carnival. Join us for a week packed full of discovery, fun, creativity, and friendship!

All Sport
Camp
We are so excited to launch our All Sport Camp here at HRSJ! Get ready to play your favorite gym games and experience sports you might not have tried before! Every day will be a new opportunity for games such as kickball, basketball, soccer, badminton, beach ball volleyball just to name a few! In addition to sports, each day will also have games, fun, and healthy living lessons. We are ready to teach the kids how to play and then organize group games.
