Sports Offerings
We are the Holy Redeemer- St. James School Angels. We prepare players in a faith-filled environment fostering healthy competition, respect, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
Our teams compete in the Verdugo League North Region of the Catholic Youth Organization’s [CYO].
Depending on the number of HRSJ student participants, most sports offered by our athletics department begin in the 5th grade.
We are proud to develop strong athletes in body and spirit who demonstrate the very best of sportsmanship and Catholic values.
Fall Sports
Fall sports are based on student interest and the ability to field a complete team. Fall offerings may include:

- Season September to November
Coed Flag Football
- Season September to November
CYO Competition Events:
Boys and Girls Golf
- October single competition day
Boys and Girls Cross Country
- October and November
(2 competition days)
Boys and Girls Bowling
- December single competition day
